Comprehensive training and pre-opening support – this starts with our on-boarding path to artisanal salon ownership. Once your salon is built out, you will join us for online and in-person training. In person training lasts 1 week/10 days and is held in St. Davids, PA a suburb of Philadelphia. Here we will focus on your training in the areas of stylist support, daily operations, logistics and supply chain, advertising & local marketing, financial management and managing the overall business.
We are there with you, onsite to support your Mane Techniques opening and celebrate this milestone. Continuing education, marketing, resources, and our intentional tech stack help you focus on your guests and stylists to help them cultivate loyalty with their clients.
