Cara Catagnus is the Co-Founder of Mane Techniques, where she plays a central role in shaping both the technical excellence and the culture of the company. Known for her ability to elevate those around her, Cara brings a balance of precision, care, and intention to everything she does—supporting both team development and the client experience at the highest level.

From the very beginning, Cara and Mary have worked seamlessly together—naturally balancing one another in a way that became the foundation of Mane Techniques. Their ability to align, challenge, and support each other is what allowed the business to grow into what it is today, creating a culture that feels both structured and deeply human.

Outside of her work, Cara is deeply grounded in family and personal growth. She is married with two daughters and two dogs, and spends much of her time creating a life centered around connection, simplicity, and presence. She is passionate about continuous learning, self-development, and uplifting others both personally and professionally. With a natural inclination toward organization and clarity, she finds fulfillment in creating environments that feel calm, supportive, and aligned with what matters most.
