Having witnessed the evolution of Mane Techniques from its earliest stages, Patrick holds a profound respect for what Mary Tomassetti Von Rohr and Cara Catagnus have built, and is deeply aligned with the company’s mission to elevate standards, integrity, and long-term impact within the beauty industry.
With over 25 years of experience across private equity, banking, and financial services, Patrick is a seasoned executive known for helping businesses define clear growth strategies and execute them with precision. His career spans every side of the business lifecycle—advising, acquiring, operating, financing, and exiting privately held and family-owned companies—giving him a rare, 360-degree perspective on what it takes to build something enduring.
This breadth of experience allows Patrick to provide Mane Techniques with thoughtful, strategic guidance as it scales—from foundational growth through franchising and into long-term legacy development. His expertise is particularly valuable in navigating complex decision-making, protecting brand integrity, and ensuring the business is structured to thrive across generations.
Outside of his professional work, Patrick is deeply committed to his family and community. He resides in Newtown Square with his wife, Therese, and their five children. He has served on multiple nonprofit boards, including The Be Kind Initiative, Little Smiles Philadelphia, Malvern Retreat House, and the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), reflecting his belief in building businesses—and lives—with purpose and contribution.
Pat holds both a BS and MBA from Jefferson University.
