Mary Tomassetti is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mane Techniques Flagship, a salon in Wayne, Pennsylvania, founded in 2019. As both a stylist and operator, she has led the business in reimagining traditional salon practices to better support the lifestyle, well-being, and long-term success of both clients and professionals. As a third-generation beauty professional, her work is grounded in elevating standards—prioritizing the health of natural hair, the integrity of services, and the development of a team culture rooted in care, accountability, and craftsmanship.

Her philosophy is simple but intentional: exceptional outcomes are created through alignment—of people, systems, and product. Drawing from experience across the industry and insights from high-performing organizations beyond it, Mary is building Mane Techniques as more than a salon—it is a structured, values-driven standard where clients feel genuinely seen and cared for, and professionals are supported in building sustainable, fulfilling careers.

Outside of her work, Mary is deeply curious and continuously learning—drawn to ideas, people, and environments that inspire growth. She is married to the love of her life, has two rescued cats, and feels most energized by the sun, the ocean, and any space that invites calm and clarity. She enjoys travel, indoor gardening, meaningful conversation, curated gatherings, and creating experiences—whether through food, design, or connection—that help people feel more like themselves.
