Having trained thousands of stylists worldwide and mentored some of the most sought-after artists in the industry, she is known for her unwavering commitment to achieving exceptional results while prioritizing the health and integrity of natural hair.

After years of traveling and working alongside top extension artists and extension brands across the country, Caitlin made the intentional decision to step away from that lifestyle—and from her home in Miami—to be fully present at Mane Techniques, relocating just minutes from the flagship to be fully immersed in what is being built. Her focus is on refining the guest experience, elevating technical standards, and continuing to build the systems that allow the brand to scale with consistency, care, and excellence. She works closely with leadership and stylists to ensure every detail—from consultation to final result—reflects the level of trust and quality the brand stands for.

Outside of her work within the salon, Caitlin is deeply passionate about personal growth, writing, and spending time outdoors. She is actively involved in her nonprofit work, where the philosophy closely aligns with Mane Techniques’ mission—centered around care, integrity, and helping others grow into their highest potential.
