Don Powers

Don Powers is an experienced entrepreneur and franchise operator with over 30 years in the service industry. As the Founder and former President of Fitness Machine Technicians, he built a specialized fitness equipment service business into a national franchise system, expanding to over 50 franchises and 100+ territories across the U.S. and Canada.

After successfully franchising, scaling, and ultimately exiting the business in 2022, Don brings firsthand experience in building systems that drive consistency, growth, and long-term value. His work has earned national recognition, including rankings from Entrepreneur Magazine and Franchise Dictionary Magazine.

Today, Don continues to invest in and operate service-based businesses, including his role as a partner in The Grill Authority and as a franchisee of Pinks Window Cleaning and Power Washing.

Don chose to invest in Mane Techniques after witnessing its growth and leadership over time. He recognized the same early-stage potential he experienced in his own franchising journey and believes, with the right guidance, it is positioned to become a highly successful franchise system.
